Meet Mariah!
[Renamed "Mia"]

As you can see my mom and grand mom finally broke down and got another dober-girl for me to play with and keep me company. This is my new sister Mia. My mom and grand mom brought her to the park for a run and for an overnight and that was it. We bonded so quickly. She is a few months older than me and we have so much fun playing. Mia follows me everywhere.

We are working on many people pleasing tricks. She has learned to sit, shake, go up and down stairs, walk on hard wood floors and she has even started to go in the pool, only to the 2nd step though. I don't mind that she is not swimming yet..... it allows me to get all the balls!

As you can see, we have a great time at the park, I am teaching her my passion for the tennis ball. We are having a great summer.

Until next time, Sophie

Update 05/26/2006

Although the pool has been open for about 3 weeks now, summer has officially begun this Memorial Day weekend, as Mia (who had only gone in on the steps last year...is now swimming).  Sophie has been a huge help with the swimming lessons.  As you can see by this picture, they are still best friends and do everything together.  Sophie has the ball and Mia is at her side.
